Tekashi 6ix9ine is being sued by a Miami stripper.
According to TMZ, Alexis Salaberrios is suing the troubled rapper over injuries she suffered inside of Gold Rush Cabaret. Salaberrios alleges 6ix9ine threw a “deadly object with intent to commit serious bodily injury.”
Her attorney, David M. Tarlow, says the rapper threw a champagne bottle inside of the club after someone called him a rat.
The bottle allegedly cracked Salaberrios over the head and resulted in a giant gash that required staples and treatment at the emergency room.
She is also suing the club.
From the report:
After she was injured, Alexis alleges club staffers ushered 6ix9ine out of the joint, and immediately pressured her not to call police. Tarlow says Alexis ignored them, and did report the incident to cops.
She’s suing the club for gross negligence, and Tekashi for aggravated battery — but he feels the lawsuit’s just a money grab.
6ix9ine’s attorney Lance Lazzaro, meanwhile, denies that the rapper was involved in the incident that was described.
“There are video cameras in the establishment. It’s an attempt to shake him down. If he is served properly, we will immediately move to have it dismissed,” Lazzaro said in a statement.
The controversial rapper was placed on supervised release in early April 2020 and served four months of home confinement enforced by GPS monitoring. 6ix9ine was unable to leave his home unless he received permission to seek medical treatment or speak with his attorney.
The rapper, whose name is Daniel Hernandez, has since released an album, Tattle Tales, and is back to his trolling ways on social media. Most recently, 6ix9ine released his new single “Zaza” in mid-February.
