The UFC 257 pay-per-view numbers are in, and according to reports, Conor McGregor vs. Dustin Poirier was an overwhelming success.
John Ourand of the Sports Business Journal reports that the pay-per-view event earned a total of 1.6 million buys globally. 1.2 million sales came through ESPN+, while 400,000 international buys were recorded.
By bringing the number to 1.6 million, it would mark the second-best-selling UFC pay-per-view in history.
The top-selling PPV in UFC history is UFC 229: Khabib vs. McGregor, while UFC 2020: McGregor vs. Diaz 2 checks in at No. 3 on the list.
