Super Bowl 55 takes place on February 7 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. The biggest question leading up to the game, outside of who will be playing, is whether fans will be in attendance.

Now, we know the answer.

The NFL has announced that 22,000 fans will be allowed to attend the game in person.

There will be plenty of safety precautions in place to ensure a safe environment amid the coronavirus pandemic.

From TMZ Sports:

Out of the 22,000 available tickets, 7,500 will be given out for free to health care workers who have received the COVID-19 vaccine. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell surprised a group of nurses and front line workers with the news.
