American football on the ground

Deion Sanders will now be coaching two of his songs at Jackson State.

Shilo Sanders, who was a member of the South Carolina football program, announced that he will be transferring from the Gamecocks to suit up for his father’s squad. The three-star recruit will be joining his brother, four-star quarterback Shadeur on the team.

Shilo announced his move on Twitter.

“Pops said he needed some dawgs! So I’m joining my brother to help change the game at JSU and level the HBCU playing field,” he wrote.

Shadeur previously flipped his commitment from Florida Atlantic.

Following the news of his son new home, Sanders took to social media to share his excitement for what is to come at Jackson State.

“Lord I thank u! I couldn’t have never imagined this but you’re able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we may ask or think,” Deion responded on social media.

“Having my sons @shilosanders & @shedeursanders on our team helping me level this playing field in pursuit of equality @gojsutigersfb is a Fathers dream. I get to develop, coach, love, motivate, challenge & watch my sons grow & go become PROFESSIONALS. WOW ! Ain’t NOBODY can tell me NOTHING that GOD CANT DO! I got father of the year locked down again now let hit my dance with a smile.”

It is a great family moment for Deion and his sons. Now, we’ll have to wait and see if Shilo or Shedeur can make an impact.
