Argentinian soccer legend Diego Maradona passed away at age 60 on Wednesday, November 25, according to a report from Brazilian outlet Clarin.

The report states Maradona suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest; a heart attack.

Earlier this month, Maradona underwent brain surgery.

Maradona is one of the greatest players in Argentina soccer history as a member of the 1986 national team. One of the most infamous moments of Maradona’s career was the “Hand of God” goal against England.

Our deepest condolences go out to Maradona’s family and friends during this difficult time.
