Patrick Mahomes is one of the best players in football. Throughout the past two years, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback has claimed an NFL MVP award and Super Bowl ring, but there has always been one giant red flag on his resume.
Mahomes revealed two years ago that he loves ketchup so much he puts it on everything — including steak.
The terrible hot take was put on the back burner and people seem to have forgotten, but we were reminded of his horrendous tastebuds just ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.
While we will be enjoying our Thanksgiving feasts, one of the richest athletes in the world will be drowning out any flavor in his turkey or ham by smothering it with his favorite sugary tomato paste.
“Yeah, dude, I mean come on, you got to put ketchup on that, turkey and ham,” he said during an interview with KCSP 610 Sports Radio. “You know me better than that!”

Sure, this won’t hurt his Madden ratings, but this is a strong reminder that we all have our flaws.
