It’s Georgia-Florida week and one diehard Bulldogs fan is looking to use memorabilia belonging to a former Gators superstar to put a curse on the team for the key SEC clash.
Country music star Luke Bryan is in possession of former Florida quarterback Tim Tebow’s Heisman Trophy for six months after making a donation to the Brett Boyer Foundation at a charity auction this year.
With the trophy in his house, Bryan joked that he will be using it to curse Florida this weekend.
“I feel it was an effort to bring bad mojo into my household,” said Bryan, via TMZ Sports. “I’ve got this all week to put a curse on the Florida Gators!”
Kickoff between the Gators and Bulldogs in Jacksonville, Florida is set for 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday. We will have to see if the curse works out.
