I feel like this is the 10th or so time I’ve posted about NOLA lifer Peyton Manning enjoying himself at the Mardi Gras parade. There he was this weekend in his dad jacket enjoying the floats, the music, the pageantry that comes along with a parade he’s seen many times over the years. But there’s something about Pey Pey standing there like a regular guy that gets me every year. The locals, his neighbors, just acting like he’s some normal dad trying to enjoy some debauchery, maybe get a buzz on and then everyone goes back to normal life, making ESPN+ features for Disney.
