What a time in life for Joe Burrow. He had what’s being called the greatest season in college football history (no debate here), won the national title, got his master’s degree in December, is 23 and the next stop is a bro hug with Roger Goodell on the stage at the NFL Draft. That means he didn’t have to go back to school at LSU like some of his teammates who have to go back to pretending to play school.
Meanwhile, Joe can hit up the clubs & enjoy life before the Combine. He’s going to get a very healthy sponsorship deal during Super Bowl week. I’ll predict the Old Spice marketing team hires him that week in Miami. There’s also going to be a trip to Los Angeles to sit courtside for a Lakers game. January 28 is Clippers at Lakers. That one makes sense.
