Antonio Brown’s Pittsburgh House Is For Sale [Update – Price Reduced]

Antonio Brown’s suburban Pittsburgh house is for sale and marks what should be the official end of AB’s life in the Steel City where he left on bad terms — including making a neighbor mad for not cutting his grass — and is now out of the NFL just a few months later. Asking $2,300,000 (Update: AB slashed $300,000 off the asking on Nov. 20. The new price is $1,999,900), Antonio Brown’s house is nice and has things us guys actually care about — a legit basement setup, a basketball court, a sauna, steam shower, a turf field and a two-story treehouse.

Hate AB all you want, but this is a legit house right here that someone from the Steelers or Pirates — not sure if the Pirates have anyone on the team who can afford this place — should jump on and make their own. Not going to lie, I thought AB’s Pittsburgh house was going to be a complete mess like his life right now. I was pleasantly surprised.

From Antonio Brown’s realtor:

Incredible Provincial home located in desirable Pine Twp! Upon entering, the stunning entryway greets you.The main level features a beautiful den with custom built ins, making an incredible study. The grand living room area features a lovely fireplace and immaculate coffered ceiling.

The spacious dining room is simply perfect, featuring custom wainscoting and tray ceiling. You will simply love the gourmet kitchen. The vast family room area is complete with a jaw-dropping stone fireplace. A separate study is located off the family room as well. The bedrooms offer incredible space , especially the master, with a private balcony and sitting area with fireplace.

The closet is large enough for the most serious fashion collector. The expansive finished basement has a full theater, gym, sauna, steam shower and a full bath. Now, the backyard. 3 acres with a basketball court, a turf field for practice, and a truly custom 2 story tree house featured on Treehouse Masters. Simply one of a kind!

All I’d add is a custom pool that wraps around that outdoor patio thing he has going on. Add a swim-up bar, maybe a slide built into the hillside for the kids. Just a minor $200,000 or so upgrade and it’s a forever house.

Mortgage: You’re looking at about $6,000 before taxes, insurance, a grounds crew, cleaning crew, etc.

Antonio Brown’s treehouse was featured on Treehouse Masters. It’s extremely nice, take a tour:
