Jaime Collins Is Trying To Sell Legendary Suburban Cleveland Athlete House

According to Lorain County, Ohio property tax records and real estate listings, former Cleveland Browns linebacker Jaime Collins is trying to sell his house in the southwestern suburbs where the yards are beautiful, the neighbors fake smile at you and the birds chirp. Now I wouldn’t normally post Collins’ house because these days you guys don’t seem to care about athlete real estate like 5-6 years ago, but this house has passed through my emails so many times that it’s getting comical at this point. It can be yours for $889,900.

Ok, hang with me here. This house was originally owned by then-Browns tackle Ryan Tucker, who then sold it to Trent Richardson, who eventually sold it to Cavs three-point specialist Mike Miller, who eventually sold it to Jaime Collins in 2017 and now here I am on pins and needles waiting to hear if this house will stay within the Cleveland sports community and give yet another athlete a couple years of usage before being sold off again.

Just think of the triumph and pain this house has suffered through. Mike Miller lived here when the Cavs won it all. Trent Richardson lived here when he went for 12 total TDs in 2012. Jamie Collins lived here through the 0-16 2017 season.

Not sure why I’m feeling this way, but the house is feeling upgraded since Miller owned it. I don’t remember that playground that couldn’t have been cheap and the outdoor patio is looking great. This place would be perfect for a member of the Browns who wants to make playoff memories here in a couple months. Now’s the time to have it furnished and move right in.

Mortgage: You’re looking at $5,000/mo. or so before you talk about maids and a mowing crew.
