Antonio Brown will wear a Xenith Shadow helmet this season after his old helmet, a Schutt AiR Advantage, was deemed to not meet NFL safety standards. That set off grievance filings and ultimately AB had to go find a new helmet to wear in 2019. He settled on the Xenith.
From the helmet manufacturer:
In addition to excelling on lab tests, Xenith Shadow is thoughtfully designed for the athlete. The helmet provides balanced weight distribution and a light, responsive feel, allowing for quickness and speed on the field, while ensuring a stable fit.
Great, now let’s play some football.
