Brooks Koepka tried to let his Turks & Caicos travel buddy Dustin Johnson sneak into a playoff at the PGA Championship, but at the end of the day Brooks had too big of a lead and DJ couldn’t go lower than 69 in the final round. Koepka gets his fourth major, the No. 1 player in the world ranking over DJ and Wayne Gretzky’s future son-in-law is left with just that lone U.S. Open title.
That said, his consolation prize this week is that he got to hit up a post-PGA Championship party with baby mama Paulina Gretzky and got to grab those trophies. I guess it’s not all bad for DJ and his No. 2 in the world ranking.
