Now we have video of Pacman Jones being detained at Indiana’s Rising Sun Casino thanks to his wife’s phone in the early morning hours of February 27 when Pac was cuffed by police for allegedly capping bets. We still don’t know what game Pac was playing, but we do know that Pac & his wife pulled out a Freedom of Speech card at 3 a.m. during this ordeal. That should tell you all you need to know about this case.
From the original TMZ report:
While the agents were handing Jones over to the Ohio County Sheriff’s Dept., Jones managed to break out of custody and tried to make a run for it … but he was ultimately subdued by officers.
After he was recaptured, Jones continued to cuss out the cops — saying, “F*ck you,” “Suck my d*ck” and “You’re a bunch of crackers.”
Another officer claims Jones also said, “Suck my d*ck, n***er.”
The court docs show Jones was ultimately hit with 8 criminal charges including felony intimidation and felony battery against an officer.
It’s unclear if this video was shot before he was handed over to the sheriff’s department.
The fun part of this video is when Pac and his wife start lecturing the police on Freedom of Speech after a night at the casino. Pac does get a few of his fun words in at the end of the video when cops are taking the NFL vet to a casino office. It’s pretty typical fare here for Pac. I’m sure the cops picked him out at 3 a.m. and wanted to make their night that much more busy.
Feb. 27 was a Wednesday. Those cops just wanted to get out of there and hit up a greasy spoon for breakfast. My head hurts just thinking of dealing with these situations.
