Hell yeah! Boris Diaw the legend! I never would’ve expected Boris Diaw to be living in a place like this, but good for Boris. This guy was a part of two legendary NBA teams. He was on the Steve Nash, Amare Stoudemire, Shawn Marion Suns and he rode the Ginobili, Duncan, Parker coattails to an NBA Championship in San Antonio. I guess all of that role player money adds up over time and you can get a place like this from Boris for $3,400,000.
Apparently, Boris Diaw played one season in France last year and has officially announced his retirement from basketball, which may be why he is selling this house. I was also shocked to learn Boris Diaw is only 36! I know he was in the NBA two years ago but I still would’ve pinned him at 45 if I had to guess. But good for Boris! I wouldn’t be surprised if he moved back to France to live the rest of his 30s smoking hand-rolled cigarettes and drinking Merlot. It looks like he was already living in style pre-retirement so maybe there’s a lot about Boris I don’t know. I never expected much from a guy named Boris, but (unlike a guy named Brock) he has proved me wrong.
Here’s what the realtor had to say:

The monthly mortgage on this place is around $14,000 a month. So it’s a little pricey, but if you happen to be a role player for the Phoenix Suns then it’s the perfect place for you. But the real payment is that Tony Parker is most likely going to be showing up a couple times a year no matter who lives there so be prepared for visitors!
Happy retirement Boris Diaw and bon chance with all of your future endeavors. If you lower the price of your place by 3.39 million I’d love to make an offer.
