Brock Osweiler Is Selling His Arizona House With Awesome Home Theater

Brock Osweiler’s NFL career isn’t exactly where he wants it to be right now so the Brocketship may be looking for an extra influx of cash. Luckily he has this Phoenix estate that he can sell for a current listing price of $1.3 million. Not as expensive as most of the houses we post on here, but I guess a million dollars in your pocket isn’t the worst thing. This 3,433 foot home is not the biggest or classiest place on the market, but it is perfectly Brock Osweiler.
If I was to have pictured Brock’s home it would have looked a lot like this. Obviously, he is super rich so he is going to have a nice house, but it’s just shitty enough to make it very Brock. For example, he has a pretty nice pool in the backyard. Some celebrities would add a classy water fixture to spice it up, but not Brock. Brock just wanted a water basketball hoop so he can dunk on his nephews to feel better about himself. The other thing that is very Brock is that he clearly had an interior designer come in to make things a little classier. If I was to guess Brock’s one request was the chandelier over the bathtub. Scroll over to the picture of the bathroom and check that thing out. I can just picture Brock thinking a chandelier over a bathtub automatically makes his house the classiest of all time, the COAT if you will.
Here’s what Brock’s real estate agent has to say about the place:

Completely rebuilt in 2016! Stunning single-level ranch farmhouse in Lower Arcadia. Open great room floor plan with soaring 12′ ceilings, rustic wood beams and white washed red brick accents. Kitchen boasts large walnut center island, SS appliances, 6 burner gas range and built in wine chiller. Custom cabinetry throughout. Master suite is something to be desired with dual marble vanities, large jacuzzi tub, steam shower, luxurious his/hers closets and private exit to the backyard oasis. Three guest suites are located on the opposite side of the home plus a beautiful office and media room with seating for 8. Perfect home for entertaining! Expansive sliding doors open up to a resort style backyard featuring; a large covered patio, built-in BBQ area, and exterior sound system. Heated pool and jacuzzi with remote feature through app. Garage complete with electric vehicle charger. Home is equipped with surveillance cameras, lights and alarm. Wonderful private and quiet street on a cul-de-sac lot, just over 1/3 acre. You will love the top quality finishes used throughout this custom home!
That makes it sound a lot nicer than I did. No offense Brock, it’s just hard to use words like “estate” and “luxurious” when referring to a guy named Brock. The one thing I will give him credit for is the home theater. If I was to build my own house I think that’s one of the first things I would put in (just without the blown up Brock Osweiler Sports Illustrated cover).

Mortgage

The estimated mortgage would have you paying around $6,500 a month. There isn’t too much to maintain on the property either so this one is somewhat realistic for anyone in Phoenix looking to make a big purchase.
Hopefully, things work out for Brock in Miami so he doesn’t need to sell another house anytime soon.
