Braylon Edwards Suspended By Big Ten Network, Harbaugh Responds, Michigan Imploding After 1 Loss

All it took was one loss. Michigan has pretty much imploded after Saturday’s loss to Notre Dame after winning the offseason by getting its SEC quarterback Shea Patterson; the strength coach gave grown men hard-ons after they saw before/after shots of the players who spent the offseason getting bigger and stronger; Ohio State got raked over the coals and this was going to be Jim’s year to look great, play great and get the franchise back to being Michigan Men.
Then Saturday happened, Braylon Edwards went TF OFF and fans seemed to have found their breaking point after Michigan got pushed around by Notre Dame. I’m not sure what the strength coach did for the Michigan offensive line, but that was still a mediocre O-line going against guys that the SEC would destroy. Braylon went as far as to call out center Cesar Ruiz.
Ruiz had this to say last week“It is a strength of our offense,” sophomore center Cesar Ruiz said Thursday. “Our offensive line will be one strength of our offense this year. “You’ll see.”
The Wolverines had 58 yards of net rushing.

Let’s go to what Braylon Edwards had to say:

Big Ten Network responds to its employee:

Effective as of Sunday, Sept. 2, Braylon Edwards has been suspended indefinitely from his role at the Big Ten Network due to a violation of the network’s social media guidelines.

Harbaugh responds to the Braylon Edwards scorched earth tweet at the 10:30 mark of Jim’s Monday press conference:

“Number one, it’s not true. It’s not factual. There’s nobody in our program who thinks those things about any player on our team, let alone the two players described. On the other level, it’s disappointing that a member of the Big Ten Network would choose to attack the character of two of our players. And, I would say that if somebody wants to attack the character of anybody on the ballclub, come after me, not our youngsters.”
