Texas A&M Grad Haley Graves Gets FS1 Job

Texas A&M grad and sideline reporter hopeful Haley Graves has officially been hired at Fox Sports 1 just in time for the 2018 football season, according to her Instagram. You might remember way back in 2016 when we first posted about Haley and how she was hoping to get into the sideline game. Things accelerated at a pretty fast pace. She’s been in L.A. dating fellow A&M grad Rams wide receiver Josh Reynolds and now has an official Los Angeles job.
Haley wrote on IG:

LIFE UPDATE *for those who’d rather read it than watch it*: So this summer I had the opportunity to work on FoxSports’ digital/social team covering the World Cup & welllllll they liked me enough to hire me full-time!! I’m excited to finally announce that I’ll be on the @nflonfox & @cfbonfox teams this fall, with a little @mlbonfox as well! GOD IS SO GOOD YALL!

Sounds like they might throw Haley some digital work, maybe a Saturday night Pac-12 assignment, some baseball work through the week and then NFL duties that I assume will also be on the digital side. Equals = 40 hour work week. In her announcement video, Haley says it will be heavy on the NFL side.
It’s good to see some fresh blood come up from the college ranks and get that call to the big leagues. Women across the country go to college thinking they’ll end up becoming sideline or digital reporters and then comes the reality that there are so few jobs. Haley put in a summer of work and here she goes, right on to NFL on Fox. Maybe a future replacement for Pageviews?
