NBA rookies, they’re just like us! (Until they get paid.)
Case in point: Milwaukee Bucks rookie Donte DiVincenzo is currently out in Las Vegas for Summer League with an alarmingly low figure in his bank account. Teammate DJ Wilson took to Instagram Story to show everyone that Donte only has $3.71 total in his Wells Fargo checking and savings accounts.
In case you were wondering, Donte is 21 years old so he can actually enjoy what Sin City has to offer. He’ll just have to charge everything to his credit card in the meantime.
According to RealGM, Donte will make over $2 million on the first year of his rookie contract. He was the 17th pick by the Bucks in the NBA Draft.
