I’m surprised we don’t see foul balls destroying TV cameras more often. It’s kind of a tough target to hit, but with as many foul balls that are ripped down the line or smoked the other way, you’d think we see more screenshots like the one above.

This one comes courtesy of Edwin Encarnacion during yesterday afternoon’s Indians-A’s game. I don’t know what it is, but there’s something satisfying about perfectly nailing that tiny little round lens. Probably because chances are he’s never hitting that money shot again in his career.
