Now before you get all bent out of shape and tell me how this could be an Ohio State fan dressed up as a Michigan Man while robbing a Key Bank in Adrian, Michigan, you’re right, it could be a disguise to throw cops off the scent. I once broke the story of a Michigan Man who dressed up as an Ohio State fan to rob Columbus banks.
However, in this case I have to believe we’re looking at some local Adrian dirtbag Michigan Man pulling the heist. Adrian isn’t exactly a destination an Ohio State fan would hit up for a quick robbery. You’d be better off thinking it’s a Michigan State fan dressed up. From the look of this guy’s face, he’s desperate for meth and headed straight to the local meth dealer’s house for a fix. Just my opinion, but I’m usually right about these cases.
From the Adrian (MI) Police Department:
The Adrian Police Department is investigating an attempted bank robbery and a bank robbery that occurred on S Main St in Adrian on 7/2/2018 at approximately 3:45 pm. Initially, the suspect attempted to rob the KeyBank at 1352 S Main St. When that attempt was unsuccessful, he traveled to the County National Bank at 1380 S Main St and robbed it instead. An undetermined amount of money was stolen. The suspect is described as a white male with a slender build. He is approximately 6 feet tall. The suspect arrived at the scene of the robberies in a gray compact sedan, believed to be a Honda Civic or Accord. The Adrian Police Department asks that anyone with additional information about these incidents contact Detective LaMar Rufner at (517)264-4834.
I suspect we’ll have an arrest to this story by the end of the day. Small town, someone will turn him in.
