6-8, 375-Pound Kiyaunta Goodwin Gets Scholarship Offers From Alabama & Florida State…He Just Graduated From 8th Grade

6-8, 375-pound lineman & recent 8th grade graduate Kiyaunta Goodwin had himself a great weekend and it had nothing to do with a Fortnite bender or eating pizza and hitting the pool with the boys. This unit out of Louisville picked up scholarship offers from Florida State and then the prized offer from none other than Nick Saban and Alabama.
That’s right, Kiyaunta hasn’t played a down of high school football and he already has that offer on the table from Nick in case Bama is still good in 2021 or 2022 and hasn’t pulled the offer by then. No pressure big unit. No pressure at all.
Goodwin, who will go to Holy Cross High School in the fall, is also known as a helluva clarinet player when he’s not bulldozing some 8th grade defensive lineman. He recently told news station WLKY he grew up wanting to play clarinet before football and has dreams of having his own band.
Look, I assume Bama will give him his own band, the best big band in the land if he’ll come to town and keep Nick’s machine rolling along. Of course it just might be Dabo coaching Goodwin in Tuscaloosa come 2022. Nick will be 70 that fall.

The kid is so good that he announced his HIGH SCHOOL decision for Rivals and all the other sites out there that track 8th graders!
