Markieff Morris is at the Wells Fargo Center tonight supporting his little bro, Marcus, and the Celtics as they attempt to eliminate the 76ers. And as sports broadcasts are contractually obligated to do when the Morris Twins are in the same house, a splitscreen of Marcus and Markieff went up to spur everyone to make the same damn jokes about how one could sub in for the other. This only happens around 500 times a season.
TNT’s Kevin McHale and Brian Anderson, however, shied away from that and instead made an astute observation: they look the same!
“They look an awful lot alike, don’t they? Wow!” said the not-so-low-key Celtics homer of the identical twin brothers:
