Life comes at you fast, just ask Brandon Marshall.
On Tuesday, Marshall let everyone know he was threatened by the prospect of Dez Bryant taking his job by posting, ““Sorry baby bro no room” on IG story. Two days later, the Giants suddenly have room for Bryant as the Giants released Marshall to save over $5 million in a move we all saw coming a mile away:

Marshall has since posted video of himself removing his nameplate from the Giants locker room — very dramatic stuff from a guy who played five games with the team and caught like 18 passes.

As far as the Bryant to the Giants rumors are concerned, Giants GM Dave Gettleman says “you never know” (via NJ.com):
“I have interest in everybody,” Gettleman said. “We’ll do our film work and you never know.”
Cowboys fans might as well start bracing for inevitable now… Bryant is totally going to team up with OBJ for a revenge tour in 2018. He’s already fantasized about it in an interview with 247 Sports…
“The Giants,” he says, “got a helluva defense, they’re going to pay OBJ (fellow wideout and pal Odell Beckham Jr.), so coming back. Playing with him, Sterling (Shepard) … the tight end (Evan Engram), (QB Eli) Manning? Crazy. … They draft (Penn State running back Saquan Barkley with the No. 2 overall pick)? That’d be crazy!”
