Ian Happ leading off today’s Marlins-Cubs game with a home run was a big win for a lot of people. Obviously all the Cubs fans in attendance loved it, as did all the degenerates who either put money down on a run being scored in the first inning or Ian Happ being the first person to hit a home run.
There was, however, a big loser — Cubs reporter Michael Cerami, who randomly bet that he would jump into Lake Michigan if Happ led off with a bomb:
