High School Soccer Coach Accused of Sexually Assaulting At Least 3 Students

Former Vernon Hills High School assistant soccer coach Cori Beard is in some deep **** after getting arrested last week for alleged sexual assault of three male students.
According to CBS Chicago, Beard engaged with the minors from December 2016 to February 2018 in various locations that include both her home and car. And to make matters worse, police are investigating the possibility of four additional male victims — additional details from the report:

Police arrested 28-year-old Cori Beard last week for allegedly engaging in sexual activity with three male students. Since then, four more former students have come forward with similar allegations, according to police.
Beard was charged with 12 counts of criminal sexual assault. Investigators have been interviewing four more potential victims, all of them boys.
Lake County prosecutors said Beard gave a voluntary statement to investigators, and admitted to having sexual relationships with three male soccer players at several different places, including her home and in cars. Prosecutors said more charges could be filed against Beard.

As one would imagine, banging students has cost Beard her job at the school, as board members voted Monday to fire her.
Her bail is set quite high at $1 million, and the judge has refused her request to lower the figure down to $250,000 given more victims appear to be coming forward.
Not-so-fun fact about Beard: She’s a Vernon Hills HS alum and played on the soccer team.
