Gruden: not a big analytics guy pic.twitter.com/m5JzQ60Rea

Uh oh, Jon Gruden’s about to get his head crushed in by Twitter analytics nerds who don’t play games with these kind of quotes. It’s 2018, Jon. You can’t go making these statements because as we all know, computers have now taken over and created the Philadelphia Eagles and Nick Foles.
Sure, you can Trust the Process, but there are now these khaki-wearing nerds in the front office who are crunching all this data – or data – and can determine when a defensive lineman is going to take a dump. It’s incredible, but Jon doesn’t seem to be down with all that new age stuff.
Gruden, 54, last coached in the NFL in 2008.
He doesn’t want to hear about this GPS stuff, doesn’t know how to read this data – or data – stuff, but he will hire out this job.
Just sayin’ —
