It’s often that we’re posting athlete houses these days, but every now and then one will pop up that deserves it and this is one of them. One of Allen Iverson’s Georgia house went into foreclosure this week, according to Fulton County tax records, and now it’s up for grabs for just $1.14 million.
You guys have heard this story before with Iverson. This is at least his second or third house that he bought that eventually went into foreclosure. He knows this process well, but it looks like even today A.I. is still dealing with some money issues. Luckily, he’s got that $32 million Reebok trust fund waiting on him in 12 years. But for now, it’s another house gone by the wayside.
So what are you getting out of this thing with your million dollars? Nothing too crazy, but it’ll get the job done: 7 beds 7 baths, a big basement, and plenty of entertainment options.
Details from A.I.’s realtor:

Additional features from Iverson’s old house:
- 7 beds, 7 baths, 2 stories plus a basement
- The basement could be turned into a pretty sweet man cave with that bar and projector screen
- 25 miles to Philips Arena
- 27 miles to Magic City
