InTouch Weekly talked to LSU superfan Stormy Daniels, who got pumped by Donald Trump at some Tahoe golf tournament, this week about her life as Trump’s mistress and there’s one fun sports-related tidbit from the story where Ben Roethlisberger was tasked with walking the star of such classics as Wrong Side of Town, The Price of Lust, Spreading My Seed & Space Nuts back to her Tahoe hotel because The Donald had to take care of some business matter.
That’s right, Stormy Daniels says Roethlisberger did what he was told. This was 2008. Big Ben was 26 or so.
IT: Was that before or after?
Stormy: After. We were still in the bedroom. We hung out for a little while and he just kept saying, “I’m gonna call you, I’m gonna call you. I have to see you again. You’re amazing. We have to get you on.” I ended up leaving and the next night I saw him again at a party. It was in the downstairs of the hotel I was in and he was hanging out with Ben Roethlisberger. When I got there, he was already with him. He had Keith, his bodyguard, call me and ask me if I was coming. When I got there, I called Keith and he told me where he was sitting and he brought me over. And he was hanging out with Ben for a long time. A couple other people around, nobody famous. Mostly people trying to hang on to them. Ben had just won the Super Bowl that year. Donald excused himself. He had to leave, I don’t remember why, and he made Ben promise to take care of me. I stayed another 15-20 minutes and Ben Roethlisberger actually walked me up to my room that night because Donald told him to. Yeah, he walked me all the way to my hotel room.
IT: After you two slept together, did he say anything like “don’t tell anyone,” or anything along those lines?
Stormy: No. He didn’t seem worried about it. He was kind of arrogant. It did occur to me, “That’s a really stupid move on your part.” And it’s not like I went around and told anybody. No one ever really knew.
IT: Did you use protection?
The whole interview is a fascinating look into how things go down amongst adults, especially one who, at the time, had TV show that women wanted to be on.
As for Big Ben, his trip to Tahoe that year ended up in the newspapers. That’s the trip where he was accused of rape.
But neither side will say whether the Super Bowl star paid Andrea McNulty any money as a settlement.
McNulty filed the suit in Washoe District Court in 2009, claiming Roethlisberger lured her into his penthouse suite and forced her to have sex. The suit also named a list of Harrah’s employees, claiming they covered up the alleged sexual assault.
McNulty claimed that Roethlisberger asked her to come to his suite to fix his broken television, the suit said. Once in the room, McNulty said he forced her on the bed and raped her, the suit said.
McNulty said she later reported the alleged attack to a Harrah’s security chief, but was told that Harrah’s President John Koster was friends with Roethlisberger and said most girls would feel lucky to have sex with someone like Roethlisberger, according to the suit.
Lawyers for Roethlisberger and Harrah’s denied the claims. In numerous court filings in the months that followed, Cornwell presented emails and witness statements that painted McNulty as an emotionally unstable woman who later bragged about the alleged sexual encounter.
Cornwell claimed that McNulty had a history of using sex and lies to get what she wanted and said she was using the suit to extort money from a sports star.
I’ll have to go over to MySpace to see if there are any pics in the archives of Big Ben and Stormy the night he went out with Donald.
