Alex Rodriguez Spoke to New Graduates at the University of Miami

600 University of Miami graduates were treated to valuable words of wisdom as the head of A-Rod Corp, Alex Rodriguez, delivered their commencement speech this morning. A-Rod, of course, signed a letter of intent to play at Miami back in 1993, but he did the smart thing and entered the draft instead. The rest is history: 696 home runs, steroids, women.

He captioned:

Happy to speak with the 600 graduates at the @univmiami Fall 2017 Commencement this morning! So proud of what these students have accomplished. This is the closest I’ve been to a college graduation. Does the cap and gown make me look any smarter? #PrivilegedSpeaker #MiamiHurricanes #GoCanes

A-Rod’s big introduction to this Class of 2017:

With plenty of people in attendance, it only makes sense that someone tweeted out a steroid joke:

Alex Rodriguez (A-Rod) is the commencement speaker at my son’s University of Miami graduation today. I would have thought he would be addressing the School of Pharmacy!
