Without a doubt, Fox Sports’ Gus Johnson is the most electric play-by-play man in the game. Most broadcasters utter nonsense that makes me roll my eyes, but that’s never the case with Gus — even when he butchers the name of a well known all-pro NFL safety.
As you can hear in the clip below, Gus had some issues pronouncing Cardinals safety Tyrann Mathieu’s name during the first quarter of the Texas A&M-UCLA game. The end result was a total disaster:
