Well, the Mets got what they wanted. They signed Tim Tebow to sell merch and tickets and what did he do? He sold merch and tickets and also smashed bombs. Now that he’s broken an attendance record in High-A, you might as well bring him on up and see if he can keep it going.
I honestly can’t believe what he’s been doing. I never in a million years thought Tebow would ever be anything decent, let alone an actual productive player. Somehow he’s out here actually playing well and breaking attendance records in the process.
If the Mets don’t call this man up this year, they will be missing out on a huge opportunity. Nobody loves making money a little more extra than the Mets owners and they are sitting on a gold mine right now.
