Remember the Las Vegas Club signs and Vegas Vicki?
The signage from the Las Vegas Club is being removed to make way for a new downtown resort building. Old Vegas is just like the Strip these days. Money is being pumped into old dumps and the Las Vegas Club is the latest place to get replaced. The Mermaids will be gone. The same with Glitter Gulch, probably the first Vegas strip club you visited. From the LVRJ: The process of removing the neon sidekick to Vegas Vic and the 24 big letters that spell out “Las Vegas Club” on signs from the venerable casino has started a seven-month demolition that will create a one-block cavity in downtown Las Vegas by the end of the year that will become the home of a new resort.
