Imagine going to a Chris Stapleton concert just to hear him sing “Tennessee Whiskey” only to get some duet version with Peyton Manning. Great if you’re a Tennessee/Peyton fan, but what if you don’t give a damn about football? That’s a love ballad ruined and $80 down the drain.
Fortunately the people at the Red Rock Amphitheater in Colorado aren’t as uptight as me and were thrilled to see Chris bring up their former quarterback for a song:
