Flushing out the legs after a Double OT win! Pushing the bus to Reading for Game 6. #brokendown #inone #NA3

The Brampton Beast of the ECHL have had an eventful playoffs so far. They won a 2-1 double OT nail-biter at home Saturday night which led to a trip back to Reading, PA for a Monday night Game 6. On their way to the Canadian-U.S. border at Niagra Falls, the Beast bus decided to stop running so the team pushed it across the border. There’s no word out of Brampton as to how the team got from the border to Reading. That’s a 330 mile or so journey.

Anyway, the boys got out, used the legs and arms a little bit Sunday and took care of business. Beast goalie, a 2nd round pick of the Montreal Canadiens in 2013, Zach Fucale is working the camera on the video below.

Then, on Monday, they went ahead and beat Reading 3-1 to win the series. Fucale had 40 saves.
