It changed the game forever in the NFL. The Browns just pulled off your old school NBA trade & dump scenario where a player is brought in so another team can dump money and you get a pick in return for being the good guys. Now it appears the Browns have the picks they’re going to need to get Hoodie to give up Jimmy G.
Of course it didn’t all make sense at first to the NSFWBDs. They thought Osweiler would be the Browns QB. Not so, according to the indications coming out of Cleveland. There’s the possibility they trade Osweiler to another team or release the sad QB.
You’ll notice the initial reaction posts and the posts where word is spreading through the BD community that this was NBA-esque.
Buckle up Cleveland fan. It appears your team is headed for a major playoff run over the next 5 years.
