Oregon Football experienced a rare down year in 2016 finishing the season with a lowly 4-8 record. It was the first sub-.500 season for the Ducks since 2004 when Mike Bellotti was the head coach.
But fortunately for Ducks fans, the BC office has come across something that should help alumni/students turn the page to next season — the 1953 Dodge Power Wagon Ambulance above. The seller says it doesn’t run, is rusting and needs work, but there has to be someone with deep pockets willing to take on this project at $3,275.
Details from the Craigslist ad:
1953 M-43 Ambulance; All original. Was used by the Quackers Last Bar and Grill. Attended U of Oregon games for many years at the tailgate parties. Has a tap in the drivers side for a keg.
Dodge Power Wagon (not running) needs tune up and some work. Rust in normal places.
Might be good for a bar or restaurant decorations and advertising. Collectibles, Bend, Corvallis, Eugene, Salem, Portland, for Brewery or Public House.
This is like the first Ducks tailgate vehicle we’ve ever posted, it’s worth at least worth a long look.
