Yesterday is exactly why people should ignore the first CFB Playoff Rankings
On Tuesday, everybody lost their shit when the committee put A&M in that 4th spot over Washington. A one loss team over a undefeated team leading their conference. It was so obvious that the committee was drumming up controversy and creating a story because they know the rankings don’t matter right now. And then what happened? A&M went and lost and everything is sorted out. Let me know in early December if a one loss team gets in over an undefeated team and then people can have that conversation. Right now it means nothing.
