You already knew that Penn State was home to an army of scumbags and now you can add yet another scumbag to that group. Philly cops are looking for this scumbag, proudly wearing his Penn State colors the day he is suspected of assaulting a woman who was boarding a City Center bus.
Be more of a Scumbag, Penn State.

The 46-year-old woman was boarding the bus at Broad and South Streets at about 7:50 a.m. when a man came up behind her and indecently assaulted her, police said.
The man fled after the victim turned around. He was last seen running north on Broad Street.
The woman wasn’t injured.
The suspect was described as Hispanic, about 30 years old, 5-feet-11-inches tall and having a thin build, black hair, and acne scars on his face. He was wearing a a gray Penn State long-sleeve shirt, shorts and dark-colored shoes.
