I’m out here finding the stars that’ll be the story for the next four months or so.
With that bein’ said, let me introduce you to ‘LawTide,’ the smug asshole Bama fan who cut this promo for the Tide-USC game and pretty much just went to the top of my favorite Bama superfan list. This guy doesn’t seem to be a rookie at cutting game promos because he can rap with the best superfans I’ve ever seen.
You know what makes this Bama promo so great? Profanity.
I love well-placed profanity in a fan video. Too many guys are out there trying to be all political correct. And then nobody gives a shit about that promo.
LawTide doesn’t mind saying that Bama linebacker Jonathan Allen’s going to put USC QB Max Browne “through the f-ing turf.” I love that. This is what makes CFB the greatest.
The passion. The smug asshole character. The Ric Flair “Wooooo-ing.” This won’t be the last time you hear from LawTide on BC this season, I can promise you that.
