Having A Monster Hog At The Olympics Isn’t Always A Good Thing

Pole Vault dick olympics video

Japanese pole vaulter Hiroki Ogita probably wishes — for the first time in life — that he had a smaller hog. His hog got in the way during a 5.3 meter vault on his first try at the Rio Olympics. The Rio hog came captured the moment Ogita’s hog clipped the bar, sending it toppling.

The good news — it’s the Olympics, we always look for the bright side of things — is that Ogita & his hog came back strong to get over the 5.3m mark and eventually cleared 5.45m, but it wasn’t enough to qualify for the finals. Brazil’s Thiago Braz da Silva eventually won with a 6.03m vault, good for a new Olympic record.

Ogita (@ogi1230) tweeted:

The first time the Olympic Games came to an end. Since every effort is it can not be said that there is no regret ,,,. ,,, It is indeed a shame. Thank you for your encouragement. It is full of miserable feeling not to meet the expectations, but I think that going go before the facing also slowly.

I was happy to fight in the arena of the dream. Since the gratitude expressed by the results I think that served as a player, or I will do my best so that it can be a big leap forward through this experience. It Sawano-san was left to the final, I think that from now on would like to cheer the team Japan in the best! Ganbare Japan!
