Russia only had one golfer qualify to participate in the 2016 Summer Olympics — Maria Verchenova.
Unfortunately for Verchenova, there’s still no official word on whether she’ll be making the trip to Rio. The IOC, of course, has already banned a good number of Russian athletes for doping — the New York Times reported last week that Verchenova’s status is still up in the air.

The 30-year-old Russian is currently ranked 343rd in Rolex’s women’s world golf rankings. You can watch her compete on Aug. 17 if she’s given the green light to go.
