Why does the MLB All-Star determine home field advantage in the World Series?
I know this is your classic July First Take debate topic, but it really is a dumb rule that only happened because Bud Selig freaked out after the tie in 2002. Now every year we have fan bases stuffing the ballot with unworthy players and guys talking about grooving fastballs in a game that determines where a potential Game 7 is going to be played. It just seems pointless with only negative repercussions. Hey baseball, how about we just make it the team with the best record like literally every other sport?
