After taking down Steven Adams yet again with a swift kick to the nuts, Draymond Green was reportedly set on apologizing to the Thunder big man for his actions.
His diary entry after Game 3 via The Undefeated:
I would tell [Adams], ‘My bad. I didn’t try to do something like that.’ Honestly, I wanted to go up to him during the game and say that. But I know what type of competitor he is and I think I know how he would react. If he would have reacted the way I thought he would have reacted, I know what that would have done to me, as well. I just kind of erred on the side of not saying anything and was hopeful I may catch him after the game.
It turns out Draymond actually did catch Steven after the game, and it looks the two were pretty cordial after the controversial incident:

Of course, Steven is pretty cool about everything so his civility towards a dude set on ending his manhood isn’t too surprising.
He told reporters today that he’s been through worse playing rugby:

But he’s not ruling out protective gear going forward:
Adams said he's going to consider wearing some protective gear "due to the consistency of the hits."
