The final remnant from the Johnny Manziel Cleveland era is officially on the market. You can buy the suburban Cleveland house that Manziel lived in during 2015 and early 2016 for just $489,900. This is the same house where Johnny was on video drinking during the Christmas holiday. That video eventually went nuts and the Browns were officially done with the guy.
It’s the house where Johnny had basement art of himself doing the money gesture during a preseason game. It’s also the house that he shared with Colleen Crowley during the 2015 season. Of course he’s long gone from the place. The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that the house belongs to a trust controlled by one of Johnny’s lawyers.
According to Johnny’s realtor:
3 car garage with a garage door opener to backyard for golf cart access, spacious finished basement for great entertaining, full bath, bar and media room. Private library off stair landing plus 2 additional bedrooms and full bath on second floor.
Other highlights of Manziel’s suburban golf course house:
• 3 beds, 3.5 baths
• Looks like it has a golf cart garage
• Great basement to throw ragers without the cops showing up
• 23.5 miles to First Energy Stadium
• 11 miles to Whole Foods
Mortgage: $2k/mo. or so if you can throw down 20%
