After two turbulent seasons that featured rehab, domestic violence cases and general nonstop partying, the Cleveland Browns finally severed ties with quarterback Johnny Manziel on Friday. We’ve been waiting for it all week, and now we can officially look to see if another team (we’re hoping Dallas) takes a chance on Johnny.
But before we get ahead of ourselves, Johnny took some time to release a statement to thank the Browns and their fans:

Classy move by Johnny there. Sure, he’s been partying like a madman to get the hell out of Cleveland, but it’s good to see him follow protocol and deliver a hollow farewell message.
