Broncos Fan Drops $6,000 on Fake Super Bowl Tickets

If you’re a Panthers or Broncos fan jonesing to get your hands on Super Bowl tickets, we here at the BC office would like you to tread carefully. As you all know, scumbags are out there waiting to pounce on unsuspecting victims during this exciting time of year.
For instance, take a look below at Broncos fan Cody. He had never been to a Super Bowl in his life, and came across some tickets ($3,000 a pop) that appeared to be legit on Craigslist.
Spoiler: They weren’t and he all he received was an empty envelope from a scammer in Kansas:

However, don’t feel too bad for Cody. Per Fox 31 Denver, he took proper steps to protect himself by going the Paypal Protected route, so he should be receiving his money back soon.
