It’s a pretty slow time of year in NW Ohio, unless you want to spend an hour talking about creepy Jim Harbaugh. So we mixed it up this morning on the Morning Blitz with Bellino and Burns. We went hockey with Toledo legend Cody Lampl. This guy is a rockstar in Toledo. The Toledo Walleye fans treat him like he’s their Sidney Crosby.
This is a ratings business, so I suggested to Burns that we get Lampl on to talk about John Scott making the NHL all-star team and how hockey life is in Germany, where Lampl has been since August.
