A road trip from Foxboro to Mile High Stadium is a daunting 1,969-mile, 29-hour task. It’s a feat we’d imagine most Patriots fans are sane enough to pass on, but not diehards Bruce MacIness and Bill Murphy.
Bruce and Bill bought one of those mini-buses we regularly feature on Craigslist back in 2009, and have been working to create the ultimate Patriots ride ever since.
Per CBS Boston:
“Just working on it was a lot of fun, because you know what you’re doing, you’re aiming toward something” said Murphy, who added they started with the very basic stripped bus and just went from there.
Obviously they stuck some decals on the outside and Pats gear inside to make it feel homey, but one simple — and genius — addition took their baby next level: A theme song!
