It’s been a little bit of an uneasy week for Boston sports fans. Yes, their Patriots have a bye, but Teflon Tom and others are a little gimpy. And on the basketball side, the Celtics have dropped games to the goddamn Lakers and Nets over the past week so yeah, not as joyous as you think it would be.
To make matters worse, one Pats fan took a massive L in life when he decided to rock his hat in a failed robbery Thursday afternoon.

ANDOVER – Andover police are reporting that just before 4 p.m. today someone wearing a Patriots hat and sporting a black beard attempted to rob Santander Bank at 71 Main St.
Anyone with information or who sees this person is asked to call Andover Police at 978–475–0411.
Perhaps he should take some notes from the infamous Tom Brady jersey thieves and acquire a partner.
